This is my top 5 best iPad books for kids between 3-9 years old:
- Bartleby’s Book of Buttons
- Cosmo’s Day Off
- Morris Lessmore
- Cloud Bread
- Violet (the first two books of the series)
Bartleby’s Book of Buttons, Cosmo’s Day Off and Morris Lessmore you can take to the bank. These are the best children’s iPad books I have seen.
Cloud Bread is a little different – it is the English adaptation of a hit Korean kids’ book – but I think it is great. Cloud Bread has a fun story and great graphics.
Violet has four – five counting its Christmas book – books. The first two were great: (1) Violet (Violet turns back time and sees how the day changes), and (2) Violet and the Mysterious Black Dog. The last three are not quite as good. They started putting out new books very quickly and, arguably, they did not put in the time that they did on the first two. Don’t get me wrong, I would buy them again. I just think the quality noticeably deteriorated from great to good.
